SIRS AND LORDS

Hello! I just dropped onto this site and i've got a question to ask. Do you address Sir something-or-other by 'my lord' or just plain 'sir'? I know that their wives are called 'my lady', but their husbands??????

P.S.- And what about barons and baronets???
