The Book of Afternoon Tea

I see that many people are raving about cucumber sandwiches, so I thought that I would mention this book I have (you must pardon me, for I often do that!): The Book of Afternoon Tea by Lesley Mackley has recipes for making such things as tea sandwiches, welsh cakes, Devonshire Splits (which, in the book, look VERY appetizing :) ), some pretty looking cookies called Linzer Hearts as well as a variety of chilled drinks (not alchoholic) like Iced Rose Tea..... I would suggest it to anyone who likes to cook, enjoys tea lunchens or just likes to have a book on such things handy if the nieghbors come to call.... :-)
