Christmas during the Regency period?

Now that I feel well into the Christmas season, I was wondering what, if any, types of celebrations might have happened during JA's times. I seem to remember that it was during the Victorian era that many of the "traditions" as we know them began, but I could be wrong. How might Lizzie and Darcy celebrated their first Christmas together?
