Emily dear, Amy did something deliberately that is normally only done by mistake. Look in themessage box itself at Amy's message. See all those big big bigs put in pointy brackets? See how I have put in some small smallto counteract it? Ann's HTML tutorial explains a bit more.(but not quite all of it.......
