So, I assume the estates to be auctioned were for the same reasons as we would find today, only the home would be foreclosed upon? Is this a case similar to the Elliots if they were even more in debt, would they have had to sell and then if it had not, auction the home? It's awful to think of long time family homes being auctioned off to strangers.
