So far I've only made the bodiced petticoat, but I was impressed with how well all the pieces went together. That's not something you can take for granted with one of these re-creation patterns! It seems to be living up to its wonderful packaging and nifty advice. Word of warning: read the entire paragraph before doing anything. They have a tendency to say things like "Sew the front to the side fronts and the side fronts to the side backs following the french seam instructions on page 6." If you're used to sewing a lot of commercial patterns, the urge to attach the front to the side fronts with a regular seam and then read on is very strong! But hey, picking out seams is a good practice in patience... ;-)
