Jane Austen's Only surviving dress (or so they say)

Since we're all on the subject of dresses here, I have something I would like to ask: I once read in a brochure that at Chawton house in the spring, they have some sort of festival and on display is, as the brochure says ".....Jane Austen's only surviving dress." Now I would die to go to England to see Jane Austen's dress. If anyone here lives in England or they know about this, could you be so kind as to verify it?
