You put it in a nutshell there.

Poor choice of pictures, too. Wellington seemed to get married about 1860, if you followed the fashions shown.And all the battle re-enactments were part of the Waterloo creation.

No talk of eating arsenic either.

My husband (the one who does know about such things)was happy with the reverse slopes synopsis, and was upset that there wasn't more Tipoo and Tiger.

I wish those Military generals knew how to quote properly, though. They got the descriptions of both Josephine and Kitty Pakenham wrong!

Still, both men probably deserve their own mini-series, eh?
