What an interesting question! I'm sure the ritual of "coming out" is directly related to fertility and a young woman's first menstrual cycle because coming out meant that you were ready to marry and produce offspring. But as far as there being a direct relationship in each individual woman, I am not sure...I hope someone can tell us!
