] One of the most exclusive would have been White's, which is also the oldest London club and the most famous, but there are also Brook's and Boodle's, these comprising the three greatest Regency clubs.

The Picnic Club was also operating then. They had a very bad reputation so it's a good place for villans or heros in need of reform to hang out.
