I've had trouble before, too, and when I posted my inability to get in on the Help! board, others expressed their surprise and lack of problem. I'm running Netscape on a PacBell internet service, which is usually very good at coping, so I don't know what the heck is going on. But I'm glad that I'm not the only one--or wait a minute, maybe that's not a very kind sentiment! Oh, well, misery loves company...
