European Method

] Having spent time in England, I noticed immediately that in P&P2 they were eating using the British method. Today, over twenty years later, I still eat that way.
I have almost always used the European method, though I grew up in the states and did not go overseas until I was 17. My family all used the American method, but it never made any sense to me. I just did what seemed obvious, and I didn't realise it was unusual until much later.
