] ] ] Peter Cushing as Dr Who? Can you tell me when? I've always loved Dr Who, and would love to see the one you speak of.

] ] Can't remember the titles - two films from the '60s - in one the Daleks invade London and are seen swarming over it...

] Helen has it right. There were two feature films made of the Doctor Who story around 1965. One was entitled: "Doctor Who and the Daleks" and the other was "Daleks--Invasion of Earth 2150 AD". At least one of these took place in part on the Dalek homeworld. DW was played by Peter Cushing. I actually saw these on the big screen about 15 years ago when I was in high school and a local movie theater showed it--great fun!
] I was always a Dr. Who #5 fan, myself!
Hi! I've been a lurker for quite a while, but I couldn't help jumping in on a Dr. Who thread! Peter Cushing played a wonderful Doctor, although not quite in line with the TV series. More of an absent minded professor. One of my Dr. Who magazines from Marvel UK is dedicated to Cushing and has a wonderful pic of him as Darcy! (Sorry - I don't have a scanner or I'd include it)
