I fully understand and agree with what you've written! When I read MP about a year ago I loved it!!!
Its my third favorite book of JA right now :) and although I too see the weaknesses in Fanny I still like her a lot... I really fell for her... and I think I can really relate to her sometimes, expecialy about her family! I cried too when her brother goes away and sometimes I have her same type of qualms about things... but I did want her to stand up for herself more... I would never have been so quiet and forgiving!! so although I did want to shake her sometimes... I also admired her for her forebearance and kindness! I mean who could stand that Mrs. Norris!!! indeed I think the whole Bertram family were way to kind to that Women!! even if she was there Aunt!!! Oh well... just wanted to let you know I too am a Bertramite :) and really I think there are more Bertramites out there than you'd think Michelle :) ( at least I hope there is!)
