Usually I am completely polar in my opinions of books. I usually either hate it or love it. Horrid books like Portrait of a Lady and The Way of All Flesh have found themselves chucked thirty feet out in front of my house into three feet of snow. I just read Ethan Frome however, and simply adored it! It was so passionate and wonderful for the time it was written that it simply was charming. I ended up crying at the end, and it isn't even that long (200 pages or so) so go out there and buy, rent, or borrow it because even though the end is confusing the first time or so; it is great!
