] Purchased a copy of "The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes" last Friday before the long Labor Day weekend. First time I've ever read anything by Sir ACD, and was pleasantly surprised how fun it was to read this collection of 12 short stories.
I also "discovered" Sherlock Holmes last year when I was hunting for something fun to read. My brother recommended Sir ACD and after the first one I was hooked. I particularly liked "A Scandal in Bohemia", but enjoyed them all. I just picked up "Hound of the Baskervilles" yesterday. I've seen the play, but never read the book. Happy Reading!:-)
