As a fifteen-year old, I thought it would be appropriate to jump in with my opinion. :) I love the old-fashioned dresses and am just dying to wear some Regency-style ones like those worn in the JA movies; however, this would be only nice for a special occasion. For everyday, the old-fashioned mode of dress would be horribly impractical, unless we simply went back in time and changed all our normal activities! This might be fun for a little while, but I believe I would prefer to stay right in this time because, after all, it's what I'm used to!

P.S. I've never worn wide-leg jeans, although I bought a very nice pair of classic-style jeans from the Gap last week! :)
