Please help me find this poem!

Ages ago, I read a poem that really moved me, but I can remember neither the author nor the title. Can you help?
The poem was written as a reaction against the Holocaust, and it speaks about how the poet didn't stand up for any of the groups that were persecuted, but by the time the Nazis came for him, there was no one left to stand up for him. Crudely paraphrased, it goes something like "They came for the Jews, but I wasn't Jewish, so I said nothing. Then they came for the intellectuals..." with one group after another being taken, until "then they came for me, and there was no one left to stand up for me."
Does anyone know this poem?
