Back to the Library Well, I liked Great Expectations! I find it his most accessible work, like the 1st person narration, enjoy the story, and the Aged Parent - I love him!

I liked Great Expectations also! I loved the story and I loved the Aged Parent. I loved the part where Wemmick wants to fire the cannon eighty-two times in honor of the Aged's birthday , if the neighborhood wouldn't mind.

(What was unbelievable was the recent GE adaptation with GP.)

I have seen an adaptation at Blockbuster with Anthony Hopkins and I was wondering if anyone recommends it.

I have bought the Old Curiosity Shop and A Tale of Two Cities, but have yet to read them. One other book that I particularly wish to read is Our Mutual Friend.
