I agree, Cheryl.
She may be a more willing dupe, looking for a good time and expecting Lady Susan to provide it, but I don't think she's LS's equal except maybe in the fallen state of her morals.
Mrs. Johnson is an example of another way (for Lady Susan) to use people.
