Back to the LibraryI can't answer as an *expert* Stanzi, but remember those awful paragraphs in the book with the Baedecker rating system of hers. The ones with asterisks in front of them. They were terrible. Wasn't that intended to show Flora's florid writing style?

And a doubt: there was a sign posted at the beginning of the movie stating that the contents of the film had been modified that it may be watched by "all audiences" (that means that the content is suitable for children). I wonder what they left out.

There wasn't anything graphic or explicit in the movie as I remember. Kate mentioned a couple of things in he other post, did they leave out Mary's busts wearing the brassieres? ;-D
