In the third to the last line you have an error.
The word in the third to the last line is 'And'. I took a look in the family papers and Olive signed it "Wild Olive" so that is why we assumed she wrote it--unless, of course, she was only signing a copy that she gave him, but I didn't get that impression. Now you have me wondering.
