Have any of you ever read any of the works of the Bronte sisters?Did you like them? What is your favorite? Jane Eyre by Charlotte Bronte and Wuthering Heights by her sister Emily are my favorites.
I'm in a tiny minority since I like Anne and her novels The Tennat of Wildfell Hall and Agnes Grey best.
I find I can't stand Cathy and Heathcliff any longer; they get on my nerves with thier hystrionics. But Gilby still shines.
