I'm afraid I don't understand the reference, so I can neither confirm nor deny your guess. And are there certain topics not to be discussed in the Library? I assumed that raising one's voice would be frowned on, but I wasn't aware of any other restrictions...
Ping me if you'd like a quick (well, fairly quick) synopsis of Clarissa. And whatever you do, _don't_ watch the Masterpiece Theatre travesty by the same name. You simply cannot condense a 1500 page novel into three one-hour episodes.
