Charles Ryder had a deep relationship with Sebastion, but I don't think it was physical at all. Not quite like Maurice Hall and Clive Durham, but I did find similarities in the relationship.
I understood that Waugh was married with several children. I know that means nothing as to whether a person is gay or not. I didn't think he was open about it.
