Recommendations please, definitive editions of Jane Austen works

Can anyone recommend the best edition(s) of JA's work and a brief reason?

Also, please tell me what are the pros and cons of R.W. Chapman's The Oxford Illustrated Jane Austen?

I hope this questions has not been previously covered. Thanks in advance for your answers.
