] What a bizarre little play!
] My edition has lots of notes about the food they eat - it is all apparently incredibly vulgar and common
] fried cowheel and onion ("trotters")
] tripe is the stomach of a cow
] crow is giblets
] suet pudding is a boiled pudding - "not food of the genteel" which makes it more funny that Sir Arthur says it is "too high a dish for him"
Tripe is very blank, but it's too savoury for Sir Arthur.
There were red herring on the table.
