Sir George Harcourt, Rousseauist and Man of Feeling

First, my apologies- I'm a bit behind in the group read.
It appeares that Sir George Harcourt was a real person, known to Jane Austen's Oxford brothers, though probably not quite as daft as JA makes him out to be. This is one of the few cases where you can look at JA's work and say definitely that she is lampooning a particular character or a particular idea. Does anyone want to know more about him?
