Back to the LibraryI can't agree with you more, Linden. And I don't mean to slight the film industry by any means, or the Internet, or the computer for that matter. I am a great fan of all. But our society is quickly becoming a "see and hear" one rather than a "read it and feel." It is quite sad, really. I've heard it said many times that technology is slowly burying the book. I have two children which are really still too young to be effected by this phenomenon. But they are both on their computer (which they share) quite a bit and only for learning software. Never the internet. Between them, they have a solid wall of books which grow in volume by the month. We read together at least three books every night. If i'm lucky. Sometimes they make me read five or six. I guess I should be so lucky and enjoy it while it lasts!
