accepted Henry because of the increasing pressure. Having to face an angry Sir Thomas was her worst fear, but she faced it, in the light of doing the right thing.
She didn`t accept him, because it totally went against her wishes and better judgement and she had had enough of being pushed around. I donīt think it has to do with "the right thing". I don`t think it is a moral issue.
