Oh, I thought it was! Flora hates muddles and loves putting things to rights. What better way to pass her time until she marries than to tidy up the lives of family who have no choice but to let into their home. She probably didn't bargain for the chaos of CCF, but I'm sure she saw it as a challenge. ;-)
