I have only just begun this chapter but I have even more respect for Jane now that I realise how quickly she wrote those wonderful books and how young she was at the time. I am almost thirty and have been working on my book for over a year now. It is such a shame that she was not able to continue writing at the same pace and that, it seems, she suffered from depression. For some odd reason, learning all this about Jane inspires me to keep up with my own writing.
