Cassie, the thing that bothered me was the courtship of Georgiana by the Duke of Kent. The Duke at that time was the son of George III and brother to the Prince Regent - and father of Queen Victoria.
True, he didn't marry until 1818 (I just checked a royal site), but I feel it would be HIGHLY unlikely that he would be courting Georgiana Darcy, as opposed to someone of a higher rank.
I agree about the medical stuff, felt like I was in a lecture.
