Jane Austen is considered a romantic despite her very realistic and life-like main characters, when Charles Dickens is considered a realist despite his awful dolls for main characters like Lucie in A Tale of Two Cities... What do you think? Just compare Elizabeth Bennet with Oliver Twist.
