] I just finished reading "Twelfth Chapter" which is the funniest chapter in the book. Surely he could think of many witty titles! Both the 4th chapter and the 12th chapter are very crucial (crux-ial) to the story. Might he have left them unnamed on purpose?
You must be right. To have named "fourth chapter" "one man dies and another holds her in his arms" would have given the game away!
