I caught a short "making of" kind of thing a week or so ago. Ralph is is Oscar. It was amazing! The producer/director...whatever... mentioned at one point how long they had been waiting for his schedule to open up. If I've got this straight, it was since he was busy doing Schindler's List? They discussed going with an actor who was more readily available, but couldn't see anyone else in the role. If I ever see this, it will be because of the impression he made on me in the clips that were shown. Such a good actor!
