Austen copied much from Burney

I have read the first sixty pages from Cecilia by Frances Burney, and I am amazed. It seems that Austen didn't create any of the names that she used. There is a Miss Bennet, and a Mrs. Elton. There were other familiar names in Evelina too. I am certainly not holding it against JA, but it does seem strange. When some of you said that Jane Austen got inspiration from Burney, I guess you were right. Only difference is that Miss Bennet is a vulgar person and the Lizzy we all know is very different.
