Well, I saw the steak come out of individual sealed plastic pouches!! (which I assume our hosts bought at some gourmet store or ordered through the mail)
The whiskey pie was a creamy pie with whiskey mixed in. If you really want the recipe, e-mail me or whatever and I'll ask my boss for it. Or would people be interested here? I can post it on Ramble. Hey, I can ask for the haggis recipe too! ; P
