If you think Northanger Abbey would tie Mansfield Park for fifth, please read it again!! I think NA is the most broadly comic and hilarious of JA's novels. It's actually laugh out loud funny in so many places: she had a very light touch and absolutely scathing sarcasm. It can't compare to Emma and P&P, of course, but it's truly a funny book.
