Thanks for your post. It is very interesting. I personally
think JA may have been a quiet person among strangers.
She may have even been called shy.

I'm shy myself and her descriptions of Fanny's shyness ring very true. How could she have known the agony a shy person goes through unless she was or had been shy?

Also, her keen observations of human nature would make me
believe she was a quiet observer like Fanny or Anne Elliot.
Among her family, she may have been more like Elizabeth or
Emma.
