In order not to risk too much fright, I will only describe my hair using a favorite quote from Crossing Delancey. Coincidentally, this was uttered by Rosemary Harris, Jennifer Ehle's mum!
(to a young woman with much curly hair) : "Oh my dear, your hair! It's taking over the planet!"
My best friend has similar problem hair, and we find ourselves using this quote to each other quite often (especially during humid Philly summers!)
