] I've been trying to find someone who saw the movie to hear their opinion of it. I'm thinking of purchasing it. None of the video stores where I live carry it. Was it a good representation? Does anyone recommend it?
I was absolutely outraged by this movie; I think if people want to do campy sex fantasies, they should write their own movies and leave Miss Austen's name out of it.
Of course, I'm the sort of fanatic who, near the end of the Persuasion movie, shrieked "But that's the Cancelled Chapter!" out loud in the theater.
- Which does not alter the fact that if you buy this movie, your cows will become barren.
