] I have a few questions...
] We know that Henry is a clergyman... but in the movie they somewhat confuse me when they mention his "owning his own estate" so Q#1. Is this only in the movie or is this also in the book? Q#2. If it is in the book.. did pastors have their own estate ever? it seems like in every other JA novel they are always offered a living ON an estate, not given there own... so I am very confused! I would appreciate any help please ;)

The simple answer is that he's not a clergyman in the film. Maybe they thought it wasn't a cool enough occupation for such a seriously cool character as Henry! (btw my husband is a clergyman and he's pretty cool so it was an unnecessary alteration I think)
