Hey Janie, thanks for stopping by!

Does anyone else just love how in this book the good guy like to read novels and the bad guy thinks their stupid and also how the good guy thinks women are smart while the bad guy thinks their quite stupid. How ironic.

I wouldn't say ironic exactly - just Jane Austen being quite intelligent!

When ever i debate with someone why books are better than movies I use this book.

But didn't you say that P&P and Emma were spoiled for you by the movies? Might a good production of NA spoil it for you too? ;-)

Drama and Books are an on going debate in this book and i thought it was hilarious! Did anyone else notice these things?

Literature certainly is a very important topic of discussion and reflection in NA - whole articles have been written about the literature that is referred to in NA. I like the fact that so MANY books are referred to - and poems and essays.... we maybe should try to read some here some time.
