If this was the same version I saw, I thought Henry Crawford was well-acted and far too handsome. Mary Crawford was too old, too tall and not playful enough. Fanny's ill-health was not stressed adequately (IMRHO) Lady Bertram's high-pitched voice should have been a soft monotone, though the actress did try to convey langour in her speech rhythm. Once I got over the shock of Edmund being blond, I thought he was sincere enough in his part. Mixed feelings about Fanny's portrayal--they gave her too much spirit and anger, but were faithful to her predicament.
