Robert Barnes, poet - Help?

A song on one of my Christmas CDs is entitled "Noel: Christmas Eve, 1913." It has gotten me to listen over and over and over. In the teensy-fine print it says "from the Poetical Works of Robert Barnes, pub. 1936."
I've been hunting and hunting to no avail. Has anybody heard of this guy? Please?
