She didn't do it much, but these have been unearthed.

In a way, Davies did some Darcy POV stuff, and a less-than -satisfying P&P sequel called Darcy's Story which came out last year made an attempt at the sort of thing you propose.

I like thinking about differing POVs too. There's kind of a neat book called something like The Hundred Dollar Misunderstanding told from the alternating viewpoints of a prostitute and a fresh-faced middle class kid.

I've even toyed with the idea of a story about the Netherfield Ball told from a bunch of -- maybe a dozen or more -- viewpoints, including even Mr Denny's or the fiddle player's!
