In response to A little Poe never hurt anyone !(except maybe him) , written by Sherry on December 05, 1997 at 14:22:07

] Does anyone like Poe or Hawthorne? I would like a group read of anything by Poe and maybe Rappucini's Daughter (my favorite alltime story} by Hawthorne. Perhaps House of the Seven Gables would be tough but I kind of like the short storys by famous authors idea. They offer some quick reads and good discussion.

I love Poe. I like the short storys idea too. "In that quarter" I like Saki (isn't he wonderful), Roal Dahl, Ray Bradbury and Julio Cortazar (he was an Argentine)
