I think that Lizzy is being sarcastic. By "we," she doesn't mean herself and Jane, but the household and their acquaintance in general. Certainly Lydia, Kitty, and Mrs. Bennet's preoccupation with the regiment has overshadowed almost everything else at Longbourne.
