I'd love to read (or re-read) any of those books or the ones mentioned below -- particularly A Room with a View.
As far as other suggestions go, I recenly finished reading Angela's Ashes by Frank McCourt which was wonderful. It was very touching -- at times making you cry and at others making you laugh out loud. A great read.
Right now I'm reading (in addition to P & P, of course!) Love in the Time of Cholera by Gabriel Garcia Marquez. It's a VERY romantic book. So far, I really like it, and it was given to me by a friend who absolutely loved it. Also, it's set in South America and it might be fun to have a somewhat different setting.
